Experience a very exclusive afternoon in the kitchen of Michael Schuler, our chef de cuisine at Restaurant Alex and Restaurant Aqua. Together with him you will prepare a delicious 4-course menu and you will be right there with everything from slicing the vegetables to tasting the fine creation. Michael Schuler shows you important tips and tricks of a professional chef - so that you can also do it at home!

Food Workshop

Stefan Jäckel exclusively invites you to the food workshop in his kitchen. In a one-and-a-half-hour workshop, you will receive important tips and tricks from the professional and have the opportunity to take a close look at his fingers - you have never been so close to a star chef! 

Choose your favorite topic from the following: 

How is a linguine / ravioli / fagottelli made? 

Everything about grilling!
Barbecue marinades, tips and tricks for grilling properly, which pieces of meat I grill how 

Which sauce goes with what? What goes well with fish dishes, meat dishes? How do I make a delicious vegetarian or even vegan sauce?

Afterwards, you will enjoy a fine aperitif followed by a 4-course menu with wine accompaniment in the restaurant La Rôtisserie.

We enable a look behind the scenes & an exclusive insight into the exciting everyday work of Stefan Heilemann! You stand exclusively behind the stove with Stefan Heilemann, help with the mise en place and arranging the plates and experience the award-winning cuisine from a different angle. Of course, at the end of the evening shift, a beer together with the entire kitchen crew should not be missing!

And to ensure that your physical well-being is also taken care of while you're at work, Stefan Heilemann doesn't miss the opportunity to prepare his signature menu for you!

Mixology Masterclass by Matteo Moscatelli

Mixologist and winner of the World Class Bartender of the Year 2021 immerses you in the exciting world of his work. He invites you personally to his lab (laboratory), where he otherwise lets his creativity run free and creates the latest cocktail and drink creations for the houses of The Living Circle. You can also learn important tips and tricks from Matteo Moscatelli himself and get creative yourself.


• Small introduction to the profession of mixologist. Matteo Moscatelli talks about his work, the difficulties it entails and why he found his vocation.

• Basics on the subject of cocktails & drinks and the bartender trade
