Food Workshop

Stefan Jäckel exclusively invites you to the food workshop in his kitchen. In a one-and-a-half-hour workshop, you will receive important tips and tricks from the professional and have the opportunity to take a close look at his fingers - you have never been so close to a star chef!

Star chef and Gault Millau Chef of the Year 2021 Stefan Heilemann invites you exclusively to his kitchen. We enable a look behind the scenes & an exclusive insight into the exciting everyday work of Stefan Heilemann! You stand exclusively behind the stove with Stefan Heilemann, help with the mise en place and arranging the plates and experience the award-winning cuisine from a different angle. Of course, at the end of the evening shift, a beer together with the entire kitchen crew should not be missing!

And to ensure that your physical well-being is also taken care of while you're at work, Stefan Heilemann doesn't miss the opportunity to prepare his signature menu for you!
