A variety of delicious grilled specialities await you from noon. The talented chefs of Buech John Schiffmann and Joeri Zaman created culinary masterpieces. Together, they ensure an unforgettable taste experience! From succulent meat and fresh fish to vegetarian delights. With a picturesque view over Lake Zurich, we start the August 1st lunch with an appetizer, Travolta, followed by the finest delicacies straight from the grill, freshly prepared for our guests. We serve homemade ice cream from our Schlattgut farm for a sweet finish.
