The Schlattgut-Metzgete on our farm in Herrliberg finally takes place again. Enjoy specialties from our own farm sow, blood, liver and pork sausages, gnagi, bacon, chops, Geschnetzeltes and Leberli, combined with homemade side dishes such as Rösti, sauerkraut, dried beans and apple pieces. Our homemade dessert buffet rounds off the evening.

Main course:
Specialties from our farm piglets: blood sausages, liver and pork sausages, gnagi, bacon, chops, sliced meat and liver. Combined with homemade side dishes: rösti, sauerkraut, dried beans and apple slices.

Dessert:
Our homemade dessert buffet rounds off the evening.
