How to become part of our team

We look forward to getting to know you and finding out together whether we are a good match. Here you can see how our application process is structured.

    Application via our website

    Simply submit your application directly through our online portal.

    Confirmation

    You will immediately receive a personal confirmation that we have received your application.

  3. 3

    Initial screening

    Within 1–2 weeks, we will review your application to see whether you are a good fit for the role.

    First personal interview & trial shift

    Your training supervisor looks forward to getting to know you personally during a 2–3 day trial apprenticeship.

    Offer

    Within xx days of the interviews, we will provide you with personal feedback and inform you of our decision.

    Signing of the apprenticeship contract

    Together with your parents

Our trial and career exploration days give you the opportunity to experience a real day in hospitality and gain authentic insights into everyday working life. Whether in the kitchen, housekeeping, restaurant service, or hotel communication — you will discover the many faces of the industry firsthand.

Trial Apprenticeship

Each April and May, you can discover one of our properties and gain your first impressions of everyday life in hospitality. Available places are published at the end of February each year.

All places for spring 2026 are already fully booked.

Career Exploration Days

For students in their first and second years of secondary school, we organise two career exploration days each spring and autumn, giving you the chance to experience different apprenticeships firsthand.
