    From the farm to the table

    We value environmental and social sustainability, which is why last year we served over 130 000 eggs, 3700 litres of ice cream, 520 kg of alpine cheese and much more from our own farms on the plates of our guests.

    On our 3 farms, a total of 4 donkeys, 1000 chickens, 115 cows and over 2,000,000 bees are at work every day.
